Tech4Solutions ("we", "us", "our") operates the website apps.tech4solutions.gr and the Tech4 Apps desktop applications. We are a company based in Greece and operate in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2.1 When you make a purchase

When you purchase an app, we collect only what's necessary to complete the transaction:

• Email address (to send your license key and download link)
• Payment information (handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers)
• Platform choice (Windows/macOS) for the correct download

2.2 When using our apps

Our apps process your files locally on your computer. Your documents, photos, and data are never uploaded to our servers. For AI features, the app sends only the input text to a secure AI API — no files are stored on the server.

2.3 When using the contact form

If you contact us through the contact form, we collect your name, email, and message solely to respond to your inquiry.

2.4 Automatic data

Our website may collect anonymous analytics (country, browser type, pages visited) to improve our service. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

• To communicate about your order or provide technical support
• To provide AI features within the apps
• To improve our website and applications

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following trusted services:

• Stripe — Payment processing (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). We never see or store card details.
• Brevo — Email delivery (license keys, support replies).
• Vercel — Website hosting.
• Groq — AI API for in-app features (input text is not stored).

Purchase records (email, license keys) are kept as long as the license is active. Contact messages are deleted after resolution. You can request deletion at any time.

As an EU resident, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your data
• Rectification — update inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data
• Portability — receive your data in a readable format
• Objection — object to specific processing

We use HTTPS encryption, secure data storage, and access controls to protect your information. Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
