Terms of Service

By using the website apps.tech4solutions.gr or purchasing and installing any Tech4 Apps application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2.1 What you're buying

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the software. You are not purchasing the software itself — you are purchasing the right to use it.

2.2 Device limit

Each license can be activated on up to 2 (two) computers simultaneously. If you need additional licenses, please contact us.

2.3 What you may not do

• Share, sell, or resell license keys
• Copy, modify, or redistribute the software
• Decompile or reverse engineer the code
• Use the software for illegal purposes

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is a one-time charge processed through Stripe. There are no subscriptions or recurring fees.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes do not affect already completed purchases.

In exceptional cases (e.g., a technical issue that cannot be resolved), we may consider a refund at our discretion. Contact support@tech4solutions.gr.

After successful payment, you automatically receive:

• An email with your license key and download link
• Access to a download page immediately after payment
• The download link is active for 24 hours — save the installer file

We provide free updates with bug fixes and improvements. Updates are optional — the app works without them. Future major versions (v2, v3) may require a new purchase.

Some apps include AI features that use cloud APIs. These features:

• Require an internet connection
• Process only the input text — no files are stored
• Are activated with your license key
• May be subject to usage limits in case of abuse

We do not guarantee 100% availability of AI services. Core offline features remain available regardless.

All apps, code, designs, icons, and website content are the intellectual property of Tech4Solutions. A purchase does not transfer intellectual property rights.

The apps are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee the apps will be error-free
• We are not liable for data loss or work interruption
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product
• AI results are indicative — they do not replace professional advice

We may revoke your license if you violate these terms (e.g., sharing keys, reverse engineering). In that case, you must stop using and uninstall the software.

These terms are governed by Greek law and European Union regulations. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Greece.

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For significant changes, we will notify via email.
